This country bar and restaurant from R.J. and Jerrod Melman (of Hub 51, Paris Club and RPM Italian) serves up crab, BBQ and other southern and western American delicacies. Its name is taken from a Weed Street restaurant that dad Rich Melman launched in 1989. A whiskey-focused cocktail program by famed mixologist (and partner) Paul McGee at the tiki bar under Bub City called Three Dots and a Dash is among the highlights of the much-buzzed-about bar. Another highlight is live country music (on a 16-foot stage) managed by Ed Warm and Tom DeSanto, who co-own country bar Joe's on Weed and are partners in Bub City as well.
