Rolling through the streets of Chicago, this food truck offers twists on barbecue, featuring "street meats" such as smoked brisket, pulled pork and smokey adobo chicken. They're all served with a green mango slaw, white bread and a house-made dip -- for example, the "tea party" with earl grey and green tea, banana ketchup, rice wine vinegar, sweet soy sauce and ginger. Behind the wheel is chef Joaquin Soler, formerly of the now-closed Korean fine-dining spot Rambutan. And don't take him for a one-truck pony -- in addition to the grilled meats, there's a lineup of finger-lickin' sides to boot: coconut mashed potatoes, cornbread pudding or cold collard greens with sweet soy and toasted sesame. You can follow the truck on Twitter.
