Originally a carryout-only Chinese spot, this Bolingbrook eatery added a dining room and sushi bar in April 2008. Popular picks include Mongolian beef, honey-walnut shrimp and the fish-packed Bolingbrook maki, which includes mango, shrimp, salmon, crab, tuna and white tuna. In addition to beer, wine and sake, Bok Choy also serves up specialty cocktails, including a refreshing cucumber cooler with sake, fresh cucumber and lemon juice. There also a second location in Downers Grove.
