The newest project from Matthias Merges and mixologist Alex Bachman (both of Yusho), the drinks program offers 14 completely unique kegged cocktails like "Pisco Punch" made with house-made tonics and bitters for $10 each, while the bar menu features comfort food-inspired small plates, including pig ears with malt vinegar, hearty braised rabbit and sweet treats like peanut butter and Concord grape donuts and banana pudding for dessert.
