In traditional Old English tongue, "bespoke" means, "made-to-order" or "custom-made." The idea of tailoring a menu and event to individual preference is the idea behind this experience.  As such, everything on the considerable menu -- from appetizers to desserts -- can be shaped, tweaked or plucked upon request. We love the entree-sized salads (paella and Thai beef) and playful hors d'oeuvres, such as the lemon artichoke crostini and smoked trout quesadillas. Desserts include triple berry cobbler and chocolate-hazelnut torte. The Randolph Street space, available for private parties or cooking parties, is loft-like and welcoming. Muted tones meet open beamed ceilings and painted brick walls, for an overall effect that is both subdued and appetizing.
