Sustainable, fresh ingredients and taking salad to the next level.  The Nom Namaste features mesclun, chicken soba noodles, edamame, marinated shiitake mushrooms and plenty more.  Diners can also have the staff make their own salad and choose from seasonal produce and proteins of steak, salmon, chicken and bacon. All produce is found as locally as possible and is the freshest in the Midwest.  Dishware and other wastes will be composted when possible. Enjoy street views through floor to ceiling windows in the clean and contemporary dining room.
