Brendan Sodikoff, the man behind Gilt Bar and Maude's Liquor Bar, describes this River North restaurant as a "traditional American steakhouse with a European influence." It features an extensive scotch list, a raw bar and black angus prime grade beef that's been dry-aged in-house. The 100-year-old building's open space offers an industrial feel (along with a few classic steakhouse touches), with the existing ceiling beams, columns and original rock foundation wall in the lower level, which will sport its own bar.
