This family-owned Italian eatery has made a name for itself since it opened in Des Plaines in 2004. Besides the thin-crust and pan pizza, favorites here include barbecue ribs, chicken marsala and chicken Vesuvio, cooked with garlic and extra-virgin olive oil. Chef Armando Gonzalez is constantly masterminding new pizzas; a recent creation was the Bermuda Triangle, made with fresh cilantro, Bermuda onions and barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce. Keep an eye out for all-you-can-eat pizza nights, and expect a crowd on Fridays for the all-you-can-eat fish fry.
