Patrons get better acquainted with the kitchen staff as the back of the house crew takes turns serving food. The 60-seat restaurant sports a woodland-inspired interior, open kitchen, and counter service–style ordering. From the bar, guests will have a full view of the kitchen. The menu features pastas, panini and what the team is referring to as pezzi, or composed dishes using such cuts as sweetbreads, tripe, tongue and rabbit livers. The restaurant will pour a limited selection of wines, local craft beers and specialty cocktails that chef Grant explains will be "infused with vegetables and herbs." Vegetarian options are also available.
