Three owners, three separate spaces and martinis featuring Three Olives vodka are all hints as to the name of this Norridge eatery. Regulars just know that they can dig into plenty of traditional Italian favorites as well as updated Mediterranean flavors here.  Executive chef Claudio Leone was schooled in Abruzzi, so expect some Roman influences on this menu of Mediterranean cuisine. House specialties include old-school baccala (codfish sauteed with white wine, capers, plum tomatoes and black olives) over spaghetti and a rustic, roasted lamb shank. Recall grandma's house with eight-finger cavatelli and lasagna, or try even more decadent dishes such as lobster ravioli and truffled risotto. A heady chicken vesuvio and veal picatta star in the meat and fish category. Pair your Lavazza coffee with mini cannoli, tiramisu or light trio of sorbets. The wine list checks in at about 50 bottles with lots of choices by the glass. Though the dinner hour starts with families perusing the menu, as the night wears on, music in the Witha Twist Lounge add some Vegas-style festivity. Entertainment ranges from dueling pianos and Elvis types to Motown and rock and roll acts.
