I enjoy most any type of place. Some of these spots are fancy and well known, others are hidden dive gems. Some are new as well, and I'm lovin it baby.

Swirl Wine Bar -

111 W. Hubbard St. - Chicago (River North)

I've recently gotten into wine, Swirl is very small, but I like it that way. They have great deals throughout the week and that's a great chance to try out some wine!

This tri-level bar is always hoppin' and every time I go I always end up meeting and mingling with tons of great people! The food is really food too, their burgers are huge! From the third floor the views of Trump are fantastic

Love this place! Their fries are so yummy with their special sauce, the dining room is so cute with the fireplace and the beer list never ends!

The Map Room -

1949 N. Hoyne Ave. - Chicago (Bucktown/Wicker Park)

When I want to just sit back, relax, play some pool and try some interesting beer I head out to The Map Room in Bucktown. Their beer list is insane. You can usually find people on their computers or just hanging out. Very chill atmosphere

I'm SO into this place right now! Try the pomegranate martini, it's strong and has blueberries in the bottom of the glass. Live music is really good too!

When I'm out with my gay friends, this is the place to be! Those drags sure do put on a show. Some of them leave you wondering if they are actually women. Come on Sunday, they have an insane menu of martinis, all of which are $5
