Pam Beesley’s engagement to dock worker Roy Anderson fizzled when co-worker Jim Halpert entered the cubicle of her heart. But after Jim and Pam kissed at the end of season two, Pam told Jim she still intended to go through with her wedding to Roy. Heartbroken Jim transferred to Stamford, and began dating Karen Filippelli… until Karen learned of Jim's unresolved feelings for Pam.
