Ten most underrated 'SNL' characters

Finding the most underrated skits from the past twenty-five or so years is difficult as there have been very few if any years to choose from. Massive Head Wound Harry (Dana Carvey) was pretty funny and not repeated. I agree that Brian Fellow was annoying as was every character he played as is his role on 30 Rock.

Brian Fellow??? He is by far one of the most annoying characters. Here's my list: Anal Retentive Chef, The Sweeney Sisters (Nora Duna and Jan Hooks), Ed Grimley (Martin Short), Mr Robinson (Eddie Murphy), the ladies from NPR (Ana Gasteyer and Molly Shannon) along with Pete Schwetty (Alec Baldwin), and Pat Stevens (Nora Dunn). Oh how I miss them all!

This is my favorite Tracy Morgan character of all time. I had a co-worker who acted just like Brian Fellow. I'm youtubing him as soon as I send this. HEEE-larious!
