'Top Chef' contestants: Where are they now?

Casey’s got a big family, so the glamour of “Top Chef” didn’t lure her away from Dallas. She’s now executive chef at a restaurant called Shinsei, and her newfound fame has afforded her a lot more time out of the kitchen and schmoozing with diners, front of house. She's also either shrinking at an alarming rate or holding the world's biggest pepper mill.
