Poor Dale went home too soon! The season four chef didn’t make it as far as everyone had expected (you can thank Bourdain for that!). He’s still working his old job as sous chef at New York’s Buddakan, but he’s admitted in interviews that he’s considering writing a screenplay about life in a restaurant. Why is it that everyone thinks their careers warrant a workplace comedy?
