Hyatt Regency Chicago, ajoining the Illinois Center complex on the Chicago River, is the largest hotel in the city. In 1999 (its 25 anniversary) the two-tower complex completed renovations of all rooms, suites and ballrooms. Its size and central location make it a favorite choice for exhibitions and conventions -- 210,000 square feet of flexible meeting space available is available. Earthtone-decorated guest rooms are equipped with ample work desks, lighting and computer outlets. The Crystal Ballroom is at street level, capitalizing on the view up Michigan Avenue.
