It's a concert venue that looks like a giant big top. The sides of the roof are open to the weather, which results in great breezes, although some concertgoers question whether such a set-up is good for acoustics. That aside, it's a pleasant place on Navy Pier to watch a concert, especially if you're in one of the seats that has a view of the downtown skyline.

- Navy Pier's free trolley buses running daily on Illinois Street between Navy Pier and State Street are convenient for Navy Pier visitors coming from River North and North Michigan Avenue locations. CTA Bus: 29-State, 56-Milwaukee, 65-Grand, 66-Chicago, 120-North Western/Wacker Exp, 121-Union/Wacker Exp. Red Line Train: at Grand Avenue, take free Navy Pier trolley.
