Built in 1978, this comfortable, 435-seat commercial Equity theater has seen some of Chicago's biggest moneymakers ("Sexual Perversity in Chicago," "Tintypes," "Lend Me a Tenor," "Pump Boys and Dinettes"). After a dark period, it has returned to offer such crowd-pleasers as "Always . . . Patsy Cline" and "Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story." Excellent sightlines, acoustics and air conditioning.
