The 250-seat theater in the O'Rourke Center on the Truman College campus has been home to the ensemble's productions of world premieres and classic and contemporary dramas and comedies and off-the-beaten-path musicals, including "Jump for Joy" and "Beggar's Holiday," by Duke Ellington. Pegasus Players, which has been awarded 72 Joseph Jefferson citations for excellence, also sponsors several youth, senior and disabled programs, including the Chicago Young Playwrights Festival, which has been an annual event since 1986.
