Buyer Beware!

I was a customer of The Irish Shop in Oak Park for many years. However, I purchased a sweater for $120 last fall, and it shed all over everything. I had it cleaned, to see if that would solve the problem, and it shrank and the color went out of it. I took it back to the shop, but Anne August told me it wasn't their problem, and they wouldn't do anything to make it right. I'm looking for another area Irish shop, since I won't go there anymore.
