Estelle and Herbert Kenney started this popcorn and nut oasis in Wrigleyville in 1979 and both are still involved with the business with their two children. No crazy flavors here-- the Kenneys concentrate on the basics. They use all-natural ingredients, pure brown sugar and real butter in the caramel corn, real sharp Wisconsin cheddar in the double-coated cheddar, and they still pop in a blend of vegetable oils for added flavor. They also feature gourmet nuts, chocolate-covered pretzels and dried fruits. Chicago skyline gift canisters are best sellers, and come in three sizes with flavor combination options. Several combo popcorn and nut gift packages are also available. Nuts on Clark ships gift baskets and popcorn tins nationwide (except Alaska and Hawaii).
