Good deli items but...

Calabria is the type of place where the employees remember your face and name which is great but the quality of the food to order has gone down in quality and up in price. It's still a good place to get deli items (especially Boar's Head) but their cheese selection is comparable to Jewel or County Fair.

While this is a fine place, I just wish that more of the meats and cheeses were indeed imported, as the name would suggest. It's not Calabria's fault, we're all too cheap to spend the extra money on true quality. Domestic Proscuitto? Wisconsin cheese with Italian names? They just don't compare.

The Mickey and Freddy sandwiches are the best on the southside and the homemade soups are a reason to come back again. Service is quick and friendly.
