Located in the pink Edgewater Beach Apartments Building, this original soda fountain cafe has been in existence since 1927 and still goes by the name of the original owner. Espresso, cappuccino, homemade pastries, malts, ice cream sodas and sundaes are served on the original Italian marble-topped counter. Although some '90s furnishings have worked their way into the cafe, the old-style feeling still remains. Because this is also a flower shop, there are flowers surrounding the few tables, with candles, stuffed animals, T-shirts, some gourmet food items and other gift-type things dispersed in between. This is a very unusual place, but interesting and comfortable.
