This South Loop shoe boutique, which premiered in summer 2007, is equal parts funky and chic, outfitted with concrete floors, a fur rug and shimmering chandelier. Though the footwear spans from flats to four-inch heels, this is a stiletto-free zone -- comfort and wearability is a founding philosophy for owner Tiffany Bullock. Styles span from slouchy boots to going out-worthy peep-toe pumps. "I don't want the shoes to end up in a closet," she says. Three Chicago exclusives carried here include those by Spanish designer Paco Gil, London-based (but made in Spain) Head Over Heels and Colin Robertson, whose designs are handmade in Italy. Chie Mihara heels are a bestseller, and other notable brands include Cydwoq, Corso Como, Pink Studio and Repetto, a once ballet-only brand that's gone mainstream.
