This new West Loop studio offers a variety of classes including hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, meditation and Pilates mat classes. Group work, private lessons and massage parties are offered. Prices range from $15 for a 60 or 90 minute yoga class to $150 for unlimited monthly classes. Private yoga or Pilates sessions are $50-$70. Massage techniques include deep tissue, Swedish and structural integration. Massage prices range from $45-$100. Call for seasonal specials.
