Kaya Day Spa

I am a huge fan of this place. I live in the area, and decided to stop by and check the place out, the girls at the front desk were very friendly and showed me around. Remember that first impressions are everything. Upon my tour, I saw how beautiful the space is and I learned that they service everything from waxing to facials to massage to hair to nails...EVERYTHING! I have experienced several services at this point, mainly waxing and nails and each and every time has been great. Check it out, you will be pleased!
Report This ReviewI live in the west loop, and was a regular at a tiny Spa down the street, which is now out of operation. So, I booked a facial and brazilian wax at Kaya Day Spa and it was fantastic. The products they use are very high quality, they do not skimp. I feel that the price was reasonable for the amazing experience that I encountered. I came about 2 weeks later for my manicure and pedicure, and once again, they did not disappoint. The technician was neat and precise, not to mention extremely friendly to deal with. In fact, everyone that works there is extremely sweet and accommodating. The second time I went was my determining factor that this is a place I want to frequent. I signed up for their newsletter and they send out monthly specials so that kind of determines what I will book at this point, since it is a great value and saves me a little cash. A suggestion to all: go on a weekday or Sunday, because Saturdays are very busy and I like it when it's a little more mellow. Even though it's a large spa, the locker room and front desk get congested when it's busy.
Report This ReviewI came here upon the referral of...get this...another spa! I booked myself a massage, facial, and pedicure/manicure (pretty much a taste of everything) and left feeling completely restored and like a new person altogether. My massage was warm, relaxing, and the therapist knew what was wrong without even asking, the facial was luxurious and pampering, with the most delicious aromatherapies I have ever encountered, and the pedicure and manicure was in a phrase OUT OF THIS WORLD. Every person from start to finish took their time with me, did not rush me in and out. This is what EVERY spa should model themselves after. As for the spa that referred me, THANKS, because Kaya got themselves a regular because of you!
Report This ReviewI was given a gift cert from my girlfriend and I scheduled my appointment but the evening before at 8 30 pm, my father suffered a stroke and I was unable to make the appointment.
I was informed that since I didnt give 24 hrs notice, that my certificate was now void.
Not a good business practice. Dont waste your time or your money with this shameless establishment
I scheduled an appointment for my fiance to have a half day spa experience as a birthday present on her birthday. As i dropped her off, my fiance called telling me that they scheduled her THE FOLLOWING WEEK!!! I phoned the staff and explained how I had a confirmation page showing that her appt was that day, how it was her birthday present from me, and yet they still would not honor her appt!!! ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Report This ReviewI had gotten a gift package for my birthday and this was my first expirence at this spa, it was truly excellent. I had a Kaya Classic which was a 60 min massage, 60 min facial, lunch, manicure and pedicure every single person I encountered from the receptionist to each of my technicians were just great, they have a nice "quite room" to wait inbetween services and it was all together relaxing, I wish I could enjoy this on a weekly basis!!!
