I found Charles iFergan online one day while looking for hair salons. They had a free haircut deal for first-time customers so I decided to give it a try. I set an appointment with Hane and went in, honestly, with low expectations. I ended up being completely blown away!! Hane talked me into cutting over 2 inches off of my hair which was a little scary but I could not be more happy with the result! I don't remember the last time I loved my haircut so much!! I will definitely be going back and am done trying out different salons in Chicago.

I get stopped on the street because of what NIko and Armand do to my hair!!

Niko is my stylist and Armand is my colorist. I am so confident in their work, I don't even ask them what they are going to do. Each and every time I leave the salon I feel like a rock star!! Salon hours are more than accommodating. I recommend Niko and Armand to everyone who asks me! I carry their business cards around as if they were my own. Love these guys!!!

I have lived in Chicago for five years and have had bad hair color from many of the "best salons" but Olga at Charles Ifergan is the best I love her I just take a seat and she gives me the best color I don't even tell her what I really want but she knows just what to do she is also so friendly and kind. I usually had my hair cut by Charles and he is also very good and the staff is all so friendly and helpful I would recommend this place to anyone for any spa or salon treatment everyone there is fantastic.

This is my favorite salon in the city. My colorist Olga is the only person i trust to color my long hair. I had both Gia and Niko for cut both are really good. I love it here and have recommended it to others. not for bargain hunters, but worth every penny.

I have been going to the Oak Brook Salon for about 3 years now. All I can say is that I would never go any place else. I go to Karen for spa related treatments. She is the BEST at what she does. She also has a awesome personality. I started going to Erica for hair and she the left she was good.I now go to Devyn and he is the best I love the cut he gives he is he is very knowledgable about the latest styles and what looks good on a person and also gives great tips on how to manage your hair.
He is also very nice and funny . It feels like you have known him forever.I would recommend these people to anyone.

I have been going to Charles Ifergan in Oakbrook for the past 3 yearsI go to Karen for spa type treatments and would recommend her to anyone she is the best. I went to Erica for hair but she is no longer ther. I now go to Devyn. He is the Greatest !!! I highly recommend that anyone should go to him. He is such a sweetie.

I was jumping from salon to salon and just couldn't find a good stylist. A friend of mine recomended me to Charles Ifergan. She sees Niko(cut) and Olga(color). I have never been so happy with the results. I would recommend them to everyone I know! They are absolutely amazing.

I love the Salon. Jamie is my stylist and Kennedy is my colorist. They are both marvelous. I had been going somewere else for 30 years and was so afraid to try someone new. Both Jamie and Kennedy made the transition so easy. It has been 6 months now and every time I go it gets better!Sarah has been waxing my eyebrows and she is wonderful.

I have been going to Charles Ifergan since I was small, and would not dream of leaving. The service is fabulous, and if you are not happy, they will always come back and re-do haircuts or color for no charge. The stylists/colorists are great, and manicures and pedicures there are fabulous.
