Have been to almost all the new spa's in chicago, and I keep going back to Channings. Even though it's on swanky Oak St, the staff is down to earth and friendly, NO ONE does brows like Cheryl, she's worth the$555

Truly one of the worst facials I've had...and I've had a lot! Esthetician left the room for a combinatin of about 20 minutes during a 1 hr facial. Never massaged my hands or arms, let hot water from her steamer consistently drip on my face. I was very disappointed as this is supposed to be a high end spa on Oak Street. I've had better facials at beauty schools.

I recently had my eyebrows shaped and was so happy with the results! The owner, Cheryl, actually did them herself and didn't even use wax--only tweezers. I used to get waxed and was always red and sticky afterwards-this was much less painful.It's also pretty amazing how just shaping your eyebrows can make your whole face look better!
