Eco-smart fashion is the overarching philosophy at this sharp Fulton Market boutique. Owner Jessa Brinkmeyer insists that on-trend and earth-friendly don't have to be mutually exclusive. She stocks clothing and accessories made from organic, sustainable and repurposed materials, and absolutely zero of the merchandise drifts into the crunchy hippie category. Chicago exclusives include one-of-a-kind handbags crafted from old skateboard decks made by Beck(y) Bags, shimmery hemp-silk blend tops by Ciel and pieces sewn from remnant fabric by Bahar Shahpar. Brinkmeyer extended her green philosophy to the space from top to bottom, from the bamboo flooring to zero-VOC paint to garment racks crafted of recycled metal, appropriately outfitted with houseplants.
