Francesca's Collections is a retail chain with a boutique feel. Step in the front door and you'll be greeted by antique wood cabinets packed to the ceiling with hardware-embellished handbags and kiosks of bright baubles and costume jewelry. The vibe is part hipster, part sorority girl, with funky printed tights and bright knit dresses alongside Greek letter-emblazoned compacts, Paddywax candles and dessert-scented lotions by Jaqua. Prices are miles more reasonable than most neighboring boutiques, with most garments running $18 to $60. Besides a slew of suburban locations, there's also a second city location on Southport.
