Lincoln Park’s Sarks in the Park is now offering a variety of weekly breakfast specials, which are also available for breakfast delivery.
"The most devoted Sarks fans are loving our new breakfast specials”, Eva Knapp, owner of Sarks in the Park, said.
The weekly breakfast specials include the Tijuana scramble, which is made of three scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo, ham, pico de gallo and chihuahua cheese, topped with fresh guacamole and served with hash browns; energy bar pancakes, three fluffy pancakes stuffed with crunchy granola, blueberries, raisins and chocolate chips, and garnished with a sweet vanilla glaze; and chicken tortilla soup, a hefty serving of chicken and black beans in a spicy, tomato-based broth, with crumbled tortilla chips and sour cream on top.
In addition to the weekly specials, the Lincoln Park restaurant still serves regular favorites, such as omelets, sandwiches, burgers and hash browns. Since 2009, the breakfast-focused original has been known for breakfast sandwiches known as lorettas and disasters. But even with the overwhelming emphasis on that all-important first meal of the day, Sarks in the Park doesn't overlook lunch. Customers will find a selection of specialty sandwiches and burgers like the Moo and Oink Burger with barbequed pork on top and the Fiesta Burger garnished with fresh pineapple and guacamole.
