"Sarks in the Park has great breakfast sandwiches and omelets. The staff is super nice, even when they are very busy on the weekends. My favorite dish would have to be the lobster eggs Benedict! Their hollandaise sauce is amazing and they have a special homemade hot sauce that is just fantastic, too!"
