Chicago’s Cafe Bella is now offering a variety of new and popular menu items. These choices provide customers healthy meals while dining out at a local BYOB cafe.
"We do not serve any fried foods! Everything is baked so you can keep your New Year's resolution of eating healthy but still dine out," Hector Pena, owner of Cafe Bella, said.
In particular, the Chicago bistro is currently featuring a new dinner entree: a black rose steak, which is a prime skirt steak cut like a rose, with Julian vegetables and helping of mashed potatoes. Customers may also enjoy tropical salmon, a wild caught salmon filet from Alaska with mashed potatoes, avocado/mango salsa and sautéed coconut strips, topped with a fresh homemade berry sauce; or a tilapia provencal with freshly diced vegetables and olives.
Popular lunch and sandwich options at the cafe include Caribbean chicken, a marinated grilled chicken breast, chipotle mayo, lettuce, onion, tomato, roasted red peppers, roasted yellow squash, roasted zucchini and avocado served on a honey tomato-basil wrap or a ciabatta bread; or the veggie sandwich, with chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, roasted portabella mushroom, roasted red pepper, grilled summer squash and roasted zucchini.
All of Cafe Bella’s food is made from all natural ingredients with no preservatives or additives, and fresh veggies and fruits sliced and diced daily.
