Duke's Alehouse & Kitchen, the home of Belgian ales and craft brews in Crystal Lake, is proudly presenting this year's 12 Beers of Christmas. The fun and exciting challenge, currently going on until Jan. 3, offers customers 12 different kinds of beer. Customers who drink all 12 beers will receive a commemorative, long-sleeve T-shirt as a souvenir.
“Join us at Duke's as we celebrate the holidays with our annual 12 Beers of Christmas celebration,” Zak Dolezal, manager of Duke’s Alehouse & Kitchen, said.
Among the beers included in this year's event are SKA Euphoria, an India pale ale that has a spicy finish; Ommegang Adoration, a Belgian strong, dark ale; Delirium Noel, Delirium's Christmas beer that is a Belgian strong ale; and others.
“Winter beers take all forms, but strong, dark, spiced ales see a lot of action this time of year. Come get a taste of Duke's 12 Beers of Christmas,” Dolezal said.
Duke's Alehouse & Kitchen has a beer menu that would surely please beer lovers, including the most particular of beer drinkers. The restaurant carries 21 beers on tap, nine in cans and 150 in bottles. It offers ales, stouts, dopplebocks, porters, ambers and just about every type.
