I dine at Chinn's 34th Street Fishery because the service has always been good and I enjoy fresh seafood at a reasonable price.  I usually get seated rather quickly, too.  The staff has always greeted me with a hello and a smile.  I enjoy the casual atmosphere with good food and good service.  I have been there many times before and would recommend it to others.
