Ukai Sushi & Chinese is offering an all-you-can-eat sushi special during lunch for $14.99 and dinner for $20.99. The special includes soup, salad and all rolls, with the menu available at the Plainfield Japanese restaurant.

"Come in any time, any day and enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi for a reasonable price!" Joyce Li, manager of Ukai Sushi & Chinese, said.

The Plainfield Chinese and Japanese restaurant boasts a wide selection of sushi, including rolls, sashimi, platters and chef’s special rolls. Try the sweet heart roll, which features tuna, lobster salad, mango and avocado, covered with a soy bean wrap and topped with spicy mayo; or the Ukai roll with tuna and asparagus, topped with yellowtail and jalapeno. For more simplistic tastes, Ukai Sushi & Chinese carries many traditional rolls, such as the California roll, the Philadelphia roll, the spicy tuna roll, and the spider roll, featuring soft shell crab, cucumber and avocado with eel sauce.

Ukai Sushi & Chinese also features assorted platters that are served with a soup and a salad. The maki combination has a California roll, tuna roll and salmon roll for $16.50. While the chirashi platter includes 18 pieces of chef’s choice sashimi with sushi rice for $21. The sushi restaurant offers a variety of fresh fish like tuna, salmon, eel, strip bass, octopus, mackerel, sea urchin, fluke and red snapper.
