Duke's Alehouse & Kitchen, an upscale gastro pub that features gourmet sandwiches and comfort foods using sustainable products, is thrilled to feature its fourth annual Holiday Express on Dec. 1, from 4 to 9 p.m.
"What better way to get in the holiday spirit than a ride on the Holiday Express," Zak Dolezal, owner of Duke's Alehouse & Kitchen, said.
The event begins at Durty Nellie's at 4 p.m. for appetizers and drinks, and continues on board the Metra train toward Crystal Lake at 5:24 p.m. with brews and tunes. After arriving at Duke's Alehouse at 6 p.m., guest will enjoy more brews, snacks and live entertainment at the upstairs bar and private dining room. At 8 p.m., guests will once again board a train, this time to head back to Durty Nellie's.
Tickets cost $40 per guest and include two drinks at each establishment, one drink on the train, appetizers, entertainment and holiday cheer! In addition, the first 12 customers to come into Duke's to buy their tickets from a Duke's employee will receive a complimentary limousine ride at 4 p.m. sharp.
