Chicago’s Thalia Spice, a top Thai restaurant that serves regional Southeast Asian cuisine, is announcing the "Dine for Life" dinner series: "An enchanting evening with Suzy Singh!" The dinner series at Thalia Spice features a variety of celebrity guest chefs while supporting charitable events and promoting the celebration of life. The Suzy Singh segment will take place on Dec. 8 and Dec. 9.
"Come celebrate this holiday season in our intimate and festive dining rooms! Meet Suzy in person as she prepares her amazing dishes to 'wow' your senses!" Vincent Tan, owner of Thalia Spice, said.
Suzy Singh appeared in the second season of MasterChef and strongly believes in the integrity of food, as well as integrity in the kitchen.
"If you respect the product you are using and the people in the kitchen, you have integrity in the food that you create ... When you cook from scratch, you know what goes into your bed, and you in essence are on the plate," Singh said on www.suzysingh.com.
For this dinner, the concept will be “Bon Swad”, a French and Indian fusion! You can anticipate a meal that is sure to provide you with the ultimate balance of classic French techniques and a spicy South Asian twist.
The Asian restaurant’s dinner series has only 50 seats available each night, so making a reservation is important. The five-course dinner is $50-plus per plate. On Dec. 8 and Dec. 9, the first seating is at 6 p.m. and the second seating is at 8:30 p.m. Be sure to join us for this exclusive dinner and a once in a lifetime experience.
