Texas de Brazil Churrascaria

This Brazilian-style steakhouse chain, which has a suburban outpost in Schaumburg’s Woodfield Mall, has landed in River North. Look for the same all-you-can-eat format: start with a 75-item salad station and a sushi bar, then choose from open-flame roasted meats like bacon-wrapped filet mignon, lamb, pork and Brazilian sausage carved tableside by roving gaucho-clad waiters. The 24,000-square foot space, which spans two floors,has plenty of vibrant colors and wood accents, plus two bars, seven private dining rooms and a two-story wine cellar staffed with "aerial wine artists" to fetch your selections.
