I went to Sushi x the other night and found it to be excellent. I loved that they had food for non-sushi people as well. The Asian pot roast was so good it melted in my mouth.
This is a great place for people to come with a date. It has a warm romantic feeling with all the candles that are all over the restaurant. There were also family with kids too.
I am glad that this restaurant has come to my nieghborhood!!

had my bday party there and it was awesome!!! the food was amazing, we got a private room , the service was outstanding and the service was terrific. I would def. recommend this place.

WoW!!!!! Loved this place! Very funky inside. Food was excellent it looks like works of art.
The hot dishes were great too. This is a great place to hang out. I cant wait until they get there liquor lics. and have there outside seating this summer.

Checked out Sushi X for dinner on Friday night. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection of the menu. Every roll we ordered was excellent - and there were 4 of us, so we sampled 7 different rolls. The menu is every bit as creative as other high-end sushi places, like Rise, minus the wait, prices, and attitude. The service was a little uncoordinated, but we got lots of attention from multiple staff people - since it's brand new, we're sure they'll get the service ironed out before too long. We can't wait to go back! Glad to have great sushi in east Lakeview!

Mediocre sushi - horrible service

Went there last night with another couple and had one of the worst dining experiences possible. Our sushi rolls came out and the server was unable to tell us what each roll was. She had another waitress come over to explain only to find that two of our rolls were missing. After some confusion between the wait staff, we found out that one of the rolls was unavailable that night and the other was missing. After going back several times between our table and the kitchen, the waitress took away our partially eaten platter of sushi to prove to the chef that he had forgotten to add the missing roll! For the next hour until we left, we were not approached once by our waitress to see if we needed anything else. We had to ask another waitress for our second bottle of wine and ask the host for our check. This place is a joke and the sushi is mediocre at best.

This Sushi was excellent!!! I loved the atmosphere as well. The prices are great too.
It is alot of food for your money. I cant wait to go back. I am also looking forward for the restaurant to get there liquor liscense as well. They have a great bar and they will also be having outside seating this summer!!!

This is a must go to for Sushi!! My favorite is the Red Dragon and the Godzilla roll.
This is also a great place to go to if you dont eat Sushi. Asian pot roast is amazing.
They also have a fried chicken roll as well as red chicken that is out of this world.
They do have a variety of Vegetables rolls as well.
We welcome this Sushi restaurant to our neighborhood with open arms especially since it is the only sushi restaurant in lakeview that is fresh and not premade!

A must try spot in Lincoln Park! Favorite appetizers are the blackened ahi tuna and asparagus beef roll. Best sushi roll...the Godzilla mega roll!
