Prosecco

Kathryn Sullivan-Alvera (formerly of Narcisse and Domaine) and Mark and Stefania Sparacino, the siblings behind Sparacino Ristorante, have opened this Italian spot in in River North. Look for Venetian furniture and other nods to the City of Water (Venice is located in Italy’s Veneto region, the home of Prosecco, Italy’s version of sparkling wine), plus some “Versace touches” in the space – we would expect nothing less from Sullivan-Alvera, the woman who tricked out Domaine with Coco Chanel flourishes. The seasonal menu highlights all the regions of Italy, and there are plenty of Prosecco choices on the wine list.
