Victory's Banner is what I miss most about living in Roscoe Village. Great service, and great food. Don't let the long line of people scare you. It's well worth the (often short) wait!

There is no place like Victory's Banner. Food, Atmosphere, Service and especially the value is all perfect. Victory Banner is maybe the best Breakfast Place in Chicago!

I went here on a Sunday with my mom and fiance. I had seen Victory's Banner highlighted on Check Please! and wanted to try it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and serene, and the server was polite and friendly. We all were completely satisfied and very full after the meal. The red lentil soup, the raspberry cream muffins, and the homemade chai--all to die for!

This place is wonderful. The best french toast in the world! I recommend it to everyone, but try not to go on the weekend. It's a very small place and seating is hectic. Try it out.
