This spot's sort of like a salad bar, but the quick-serve style means you don't have to do all the tong work. You choose the lettuce tub -- baby spinach, romaine or mesclun mix -- then tell the person behind the counter which of more than a dozen veggies you'd like to go in it. You can also choose from an array of meats and cheeses. Other toppings include apples, anchovies, croutons and the like, while dressings include interesting options like avocado dill and chipotle ranch. At $8.49 each, the price is kind of steep, but then again, it is a big salad.
