Filled with plants, Ruby's has an airy, fresh feel. 'We're very family-oriented and laid back. People come to eat together with their families here,' said Angie, owner Nick Georganas' daughter. Georganas has owned the restaurant for more than seven years and was an employee of the previous owner. Ruby's has 13 booths and six stools at the counter. Behind the counter there is an open grill where customers can watch their hash browns and sausage being prepared. The coffee, both decaf and regular, is freshly ground. Meals are usually under $10 per person.
