Egglectic Cafe: User Reviews
Egglectic Cafe
145 N. Hale - Wheaton630-690-9001
Earlier today I stumbled upon a wonderful gem in the middle of downtown Wheaton. A few friends and I decided to stop for lunch after shopping. Egg'lectic Cafe's clean and comfortable atmosphere was complimented by a wonderfully friendly staff. The portions were just the right size and my meal (The Milan Melt) was delicious. I hope to return quite soon.

This is a great little spot for breakfast in Wheaton. Huge glass windows to see the town outside, quick service, and great value. Try the Zomboni Crepes or any of the skillets. French toast is great, too. But stay away from the Oscar Benedict-- it's not real crab!

This is a guaranteed good meal. The servers are friendly and the food is excellent every time. I'm there about 3 times a month and wish it were more!

I had the oatmeal with cranberries, apples, walnuts and brown sugar - it certainly made eating "healthy" a treat!
Report This ReviewMy husband and I visit their location in Rolling Meadows on Algonquin road. They have a very nice restaurant, great country atmosphere, and I've never had a bad meal there.
Report This ReviewThe atomosphere is really nice but my big question is, how do you screw up breakfast regularly? It's almost always either cold or burned toast!
This place needs to hire some new cooks and teach the wait staff that cold eggs are gross to serve them warm!
