Executive chef John Ayaleanos (Papagus, Everest, Red Light, Marche) took the reigns in May 2007. The interior blends contemporary sophistication with classic homespun touches like a stone fireplace and a dining room outfitted in natural woods, leathers, and cozy fabrics. The menu strives to familiar as well: Look for the award winning wild game chili, meatloaf tower served with yukon gold mashed potatoes, Yankee pot roast and the signature maple-glazed planked salmon.
