I'm lucky that my favorite Thai restaurant is so close to my apartment. Spoon is fast, friendly, and always delicious. I'm tempted to stop in every day on my way home from the train.

I've been here about 5 times and it's usually decent but the food can vary depending on how busy it is. I think my biggest complaint is that the tables are so close it feels like you are eating with other people. Last time I was there it was also a bit cold
I will say that the food was amazing a few of the times we went, usually when it was much less crowded...
This place is worth a shot and not too expensive, but there are definitely other places in the area that surpass it

There are certain Thai places where I really like one dish. While Spoon Thai doesn't have my favorite Pad Thai, they do have my favorite everything else. Their curries are awesome, their noodle dishes have just enough veggies and meat & their thai iced tea is yummy.
They have the most amazing appetizers. And, if you are feeling adventurous, order off the Thai Special Menu.

This is a nice place to go out with friends, the atmosphere is inviting and the food is good as well. Service is fast and Byob is a plus. the value for the money makes it well worth it.

Ordered delivery, food was just "OK" and the delivery person was not very pleasant. Called a second time to place an order just to see if anything changed and they seemed very unorganized and the overall customer service was very poor. I will not order from Spoon Thai going forward. The "ok" food is not worth the carelessness in customer service. Way too many other great thai restaurant options here in the city.

We've ordered from Spoon many times at work. Tonight we ordered in at home, got two appetizers and two entrees for $26 total. Estimated time of delivery was 30-45 minutes. Came in just over 15 minutes! Food was hot, big portions. Great flavors. What more could you want?? Highly recommended!

This place is definitely a "yes" for carryout or delivery. The portions are generous for the price (especially in comparison to neighboring Thai restaurants), and the quality of the food is great. BUT, don't bother dining-in - the service sucks! Every one of the four times I've eaten there, either my or one of my lunch/dinner companion's orders arrived not less than 10-15 minutes after everyone at the table had been served.
If you read this, Spoon Thai, get your act together!

The food is good but certainly not the best and is comparable to other casual thai places in the city. Beware of the translated menus which don't have prices. You will be in for a shock when you get your bill.

If you like Thai food, you are not worthy of this little diamond in the rough. This place is for people that LOVE Thai food! Everything from the decor to the Thai coconut ice cream is wonderful. The one downfall is the service. The service/hospitality is great but if it is crowded, it will be a little slow. It is a small price to pay for a wonderful experience.
Report This ReviewWe ordered delivery from work at 20 minutes before they closed. The food arrived within the time frame stated with no problem. The Pad Thai was really good. Everyone else liked what they ordered too. The prices were cheaper than other places too. Definitely recommend!
