Neighborhood: Lincoln Square
4658 N. Western Ave.

Chicago, IL 60625

Price range: $$ ($9-$15)
Recognizing the popularity of peanut sauce among its customers, Opart Thai House named an entree just for them--the "peanut sauce lover hot and spicy dish", which features green onions, cashews and choice of meat or tofu in the spicy sauce. The large menu lists curries, satays, soups, noodles and fresh seafood preparations, most for less than eight dollars. The small storefront restaurant is "close to transportation," as the real-estate ads like to say--in this case very nearly under the "L" tracks on Western Avenue.
