Jordan Spritz, who did stints in the kitchens at Gordon, Le Francais and Charlie Trotter's , was getting so many requests from friends and family to cook in their homes, he decided to open his own catering company. The food isn't cookie-cutter catering -- Jordan's features the fine-dining food and full-service event planning services you would expect from his background. Spritz handles both on and off-premise catering from this 1,500-square foot East Ukrainian Village loft. The loft facility can accommodate 30 for a sit-down dinner (60 for cocktails), and diners get to watch Spritz do his thing from the open kitchen. Jordan's will also arrange linen, live music, DJs, florals, and other special requests. On-site consultation, tastings and tours are available by appointment only.
