We love this place. Bonnie knows her thai food and her customers. I really appreciate when an owner takes your order, sharing her enthusiasm while informing you of the ingrediants and variations of the dishes.
The siam pancake is a wonderful start. It's fresh and light. Moo Ping is slightly different take on Satay that's tender marinated pork with a delightful dipping sauce. The five-star chicken is one of the best I've ever tasted, lightly breaded and wok cooked. Pud Woon Sen with either tofu, chicken or pork is an outstanding noodle dish that differs greatly from the usual Pad Thai.
All of I am Siam's traditional dishes are tasty, freash and a great value. It's the taste we missed most when moving to the 'burbs until finding this treasure.
